Experience / Qualifications: • 24 x 7 on call status for trouble shooting
• Minimum of 2 to 5 years experience in programming and/or systems analysis (preferred)
• Visual Basic Programming and asp or required
• Exposure to Crystal Reports Design preferred
• Knowledge of mainframe and cline/server programming skills, UNIX, NT, Internet/intranet and web based technology
• Familiarity with relational database technology (preferably SQL Server)
• Knowledge of external web site development or exposure to web development preferred
• Exposure to Microsoft Integration and Analysis Services preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills needed

Duties and Responsibilities of the Job:
This position is responsible for analyzing & evaluating existing or proposed systems. Other responsibilities include devising systems, computer programs & related business procedures to have data inputted, processed & creating output to users with the optimum placed on efficiency to users & security of data. Prepare program specifications for staff members & diagrams & develops coding logic flowcharts. This position may also need to encode, test, debug & install the application programs & procedures in coordination with the computer operations & user departments.
•Plan & schedule projects & development including prioritizing tasks
•Communication & training of new/modified procedures for users, data entry & operations staff
•Provide ongoing support & troubleshooting skills for all systems currently in use
•Write program code, job control & procedure documentation across various platforms
•Develop data structure, files, forms, reports & data collection routines
•Evaluate & define system controls & audits based on user input, company policies & general business principals
•Maintain documentation on application logic to provide information regarding programming specifications & procedures for other analysts
•Provide in-house training, presentations & documentation to all end users
•Create interfaces to various 3rd party software products & establish procedures for operation
•Coordinate, control & organize specific projects that contain sensitive data
